Ray is a Managing Partner of Millennium New Horizons, where he focuses on venture and growth across all emerging technologies. Ray led the firm's investments in Mistral AI, CoreWeave, Gori AI, Joby Aviation, Deep Instinct, May Mobility, Ziva Dynamics and more.

Prior to Millennium, Ray was a venture capitalist at Rho Ventures, where he focused on investments in internet, software, and clean technology. He was involved with Rho’s investments in ChargePoint, OMGPOP (acq. by Zynga), and others. Ray also serves as a founding-advisor to Komodo Health and was previously an advisor to HackHands (acq. by PluralSight). Ray graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
