Jon Glass manages all financial, tax, operational, human resource, and investor relations activities at Millennium. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer overseeing Millennium’s regulatory filings and internal compliance.

Jon has more than 20 years of experience inmanaging the financial operations of private equity funds. Prior to joining Millenniumin 2008, Jon was the Vice President of Finance and Tax and Controller ofVenrock, one of America’s oldest and most prestigious venture capital firms.Jon played a significant and diversified role in managing Venrock’s financialreporting, portfolio monitoring, and performance functions, overseeingVenrock’s operations, and managing its capital calls and distributions. Jon’srole at Venrock included leading the Firm’s tax function by serving as thepoint person on transaction structuring, international initiatives, fundliquidation, tax withholding for foreign partners, limited partner and generalpartner tax planning. Before Venrock, Jon was Controller for Greenbriar EquityGroup, a private equity fund focused on transportation companies. Jon’s careerincludes seven years of Big Four public accounting experience. As a tax managerwith Deloitte & Touche, Jon focused on serving private equity clients andother investment partnerships as well as investment banking clients focusing oncorporate activities and complex transactions. Jon earned his Master inBusiness Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s of Sciencefrom Boston University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member ofthe American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
